QQ miao first started jewelry shows in 2003 as a part time hobby then later switched to full time work in 2007. A graduate of Revere Academy in San Francisco, she received a major in Jewelry Making and Design in 2008. As a fashion artist and jewelry maker, QQ has designed many items that were popular at different festivals, craft shows, and art fairs.

“Instead of classic pearls jewelry, I am working on the combination of classic pearls with silver and other gemstones to make them more contemporary looking,” QQ explains. Her work is met with favorable reviews, winning first place at Craft Fest Michigan in Sterling Heights in 2011. “It’s with great courage that I will try my best to do an even better job,” says QQ in preparation for future shows.
