I have loved all aspects of art since I was a little girl growing up in Michigan. My parents and grandparents always encouraged me to find beauty in nature. Where ever I went I always had a pencil or crayon in my hand drawing on whatever scrap of paper I could find. Throughout my school years I was most happy when I was in art class. Today, I find lots of my inspiration for my paintings when going for walks with my husband and our two dogs and taking pictures of what we discover. Watercolor is my favorite medium to use and I love to infuse lots of color within my work.
