My name is Valerie Herr and I am chair of the Artalicious committee. It is with a heavy heart that I share with you that due to the weather forecast our volunteer committee has made the extremely difficult decision to cancel Artalicious 2026. This decision was not made lightly. In the past 19 years Artalicious has never faced a weather forecast such as this. It isn’t simply rain. Rain we could persevere though and have in the past. It’s a 100% chance of rain, thunderstorms and wind guests of up to 20 miles per hour. This is not conducive nor safe for an outdoor art event.

We share your frustration and disappointment with this decision.

The Architectural Tour is also cancelled.

Many of our local businesses will still be open this weekend as well as Adrian District Library’s book sale. We encourage you to continue to support our downtown businesses.
This is not the end of Artalicious, simply a bump in road from Mother Nature. Work will begin immediately on Artalicious 2027 and we can’t wait to see you next year.
