Scott Weaver learned the craft of tile making at Pewabic Pottery during the winters of 1996-1999; He then started Weaver Tile in 2001. His tiles are all hand pressed in molds he makes of his original sculpted works. The tile images are primarily of the flora and fauna that surround us, as well as of children and adults in nature settings. The tiles are sold in retail galleries and museum shops in the US including the Huntington Museum bookstore in San Marino, CA. and the National Gallery of Art museum store in Washington, DC.
